Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Purpleexplained Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will send you our findings and tell you about any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office, the attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
